We begin by arranging a tour and meet-and-greet with you and your child. During this visit, you will have the opportunity to explore our facility, visit some of the classrooms, and see the playgrounds and play gyms, as well as observe what the children are doing.

When you are ready to apply, please complete and submit your application via regular mail, email, or in-person drop-off. Some families opt to fill out their applications at the end of their tour. Please ensure all required fields are completed and that the information provided is accurate. If you have any questions about the application or cannot download it, please contact us, and we will email you a copy. The application fee of $150 is required at this stage and is refundable if we cannot offer a spot for your child.

Note: We cannot secure your child a spot in your desired program without the Application Fee. At Creative World Montessori, our policy is first-come, first-served. As is customary in most Montessori schools, siblings of current Creative World students have priority over new families.

Following the meet-and-greet, you will receive an admission decision. If accepted, you will receive an academic agreement either by mail or electronically. The signed academic agreement and advanced tuition deposit secure your child's spot in your desired program/class. You will also be provided with an enrollment packet containing all necessary forms, information about your child’s teacher, start date, school calendar, and orientation schedule.

We utilize a gradual approach during orientation week for new families to ensure a smooth transition into our school community. The orientation process provides valuable information and helps your child become familiar with our environment and routines.

If there are no immediate openings in the desired program, your child will be placed on our waitlist. We will keep you informed about your status and notify you promptly if a spot becomes available.

Scholarships and Discounts

We are committed to making quality education accessible. While we do not accept government-assisted tuition programs (such as the Child Care and Development Fund or CCDF), scholarships can be awarded based on income, ensuring that every child has the opportunity to thrive. Additionally, we offer discounts for siblings or families enrolling more than one child at our school.
