Primary camp

Guided by Montessori principles, our morning sessions are designed to provide an enriching academic experience to ignite curiosity and foster a love for learning. Using science and S.T.E.M. activities, the children are exposed to various building projects and science-related activities. Each session, we cover a specific topic, such as recycling, composting, or gardening. 

Our summer camp offers a variety of refreshing options for children to beat the heat and have a great time. From small, kid-sized pools to sprinklers and fun aquatic adventures, there's something for everyone to enjoy. 

Exploration is a core component of our summer camp. We take exciting field trips to places like the Palos Children's farm, museums, the local nature center, and various water parks. These outings provide hands-on learning experiences and create lasting memories.

We incorporate gardening projects into our program, where children plant, water, and care for their environment. These experiences help build responsibility, patience, and a connection to nature.

We offer pony rides for our older children at the end of each month! These special experiences help build confidence, encourage independence, and create lasting memories.

Craft time is a favorite at our camp! The children have the opportunity to unleash their creativity as they work on exciting craft projects. From painting and sculpture to recycled art and craft projects, their imagination knows no bounds.

Our older children have the opportunity to work on a play that they perform for their friends on the last day of camp! This past year, they worked so hard on their play about a royal family and a friendly dragon, coming up with their own lines, creating costumes and props out of cardboard, choreographing dance numbers, and more. They had an absolute blast!

When outdoor play is limited due to heat, our older children enjoy bounce house time indoors. This provides a fun and active outlet while supporting gross motor development and coordination.

Safety and supervision are our top priorities. Our experienced staff ensures that children are well-cared-for and guided through all activities.  All of our staff are CPR/First-Aid trained.
